Cap feeders


In PROYECMA we design and manufacture our own rotary feeders of caps and plastic closures. A wide range of different solutions allows us to apply an optimal solution for each type of cap, which will depend on its requirements, characteristics and its associated manufacturing process.

We have standard feeders and special custom designs.

The rotary feeders allow reaching very high productions up to 80.000 pieces per hour (depending on the type of handled cap) with high efficiency and robustness.

We supply equipments ready to be integrated into capping lines of packaging plants or existing caps assembly machines. From loose-feeders until complete and autonomous feeding lines turnkey incorporating support table, pre-feeder (hopper) with accumulation hopper, conveyor belt and control cabinet.
